This company is a total fraud. I have BCBS, but they run all chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, etc. through ASH. ASH denies valid claims, requires an insane amount of paperwork for claims, and pays almost nothing ($10) to the provider. They denied claims saying I had exceeded my benefit amount when I had not and provided incorrect information to the provider about my policy.
