I am the owner of a small local gym here in Gainesville which my wife and I purchased in the beginning of the new year. If I could give them negative stars I would. They are a horrible company that does not care about their patients and does not use doctors to review claims. They use NP or other under qualified staff to make medical decision that have affected my husbands quality of life. He had neck fusion surgery a year ago and we have been fighting with them to approve more than 4 visits at a time. I have called Cigna and ASH, ASH won't even talk with you unless the insurance company is on the line with them. I have filed a complaint again... read more

Absolutely the worse company ever to deal with as a Doctor or Patient. They’re a middle man for Florida Blue Insurance, and their job is strictly to reject claims. Then Florida Blue plays dumb on why the claim was rejected. Then the idiots want “You” to resubmit the claim so they can reject it again. Definitely going to file a claim with the BBB.

Horrible, horrible company. Exists as a "hatchet man" for Cigna. ASH uses unscientific reasons to screw doctors. They are roundly hated by patients and doctors alike. They should be investigated by the insurance board and put out of business!!!
