Receptionist is rude and impatient, oh my goodness.
I am so pleased with this company! They are trustworthy, very nice, compassionate and they do what they say they will do. I had the nightmare of having my AC go out because of a leak...unfortunately my warranty company sent out a contractor who first unethically tried to charge us 700.00 before they would do any proper diagnosis because they claimed our unit needed cleaning and was too dirty for them to do anything.
