I received a call from American Solar Energy LLC. The soliciting lady said it would be NO out of pocket expense to me ....in any way, shape or form. That was a lie. I clearly asked her if that meant that I would not be responsible for ANY kind of cost, and she said that was correct. Again, a lie.
