I ordered them 720 bottles of liquid soap. They took my advance payment and didn´t receive anything after the agreed date. Nor got any response at all since August. Don`t do business with these people!
I've been buying from this company for over 10 years. I placed my recent order with "Bill" over the phone. 1 month after taking my money - still no soap. Then I got an update with a tracking code. They shipped it to a different State (wrong address) and refuse to acknowledge my e-mails. Customer Service has gone down the toilet. My sister ordered some items of a value around $20. She also paid a little extra for 3 day shipping. It has been well over a week since she placed the order, and nothing has been reveived. So, she called this evening and talked to a man, and he said that the order wasn't even shipped out yet, and that it should arrive by Wednesday. If her item doesn't come by then, we are going to have a bigger problem than what we already have. HUGE disappointment. Would not recommend at all.

But, this time i ordered the same type of items and that was over a month ago and we have not received anything yet. I called, sent emails and no response has been received. Thank goodness it wasn't a whole lot of money, but its still money that we work hard for, just to get ripped off.
