I had a very brazer appointment last week. First the receptionist tells me that they do not take a insurance card I had previously given her the week before over the phone. She had already confirmed that they do. Secondly she was very nice on the phone but in person she was rude and insistent that she never told me that....but I have only given out that information on the phone once this year and it was to her, specifically to check and make sure everything was covered. The staff was friendly enough. I was a little reluctant to stay the night given the dinginess of the room. I was given a sleep aide so I didn't have trouble falling a sleep. I waited to shower until I was home about two hours later I started to itch and had red welts show up. I was told by the office it was probably the paste they use but the welts are in different locations. I'm guessing bed bugs or hopefully maybe just fleas. Thankfully, I don't have to return.

While I described symptoms consistent with REM Sleep Behavior Disorder in meeting with physician, they failed to make and/or record observations which would allow them to diagnose that disorder. While the physician identified it as a potential diagnosis, nothing on their web site identifies it as a possible issue. End result was that I will have to go through it all again with a provider who is interested in something more than "selling" C PAP machines.
