I can't speak to American Signature's furniture or service, but I can say, their commercials are extremely annoying. The one with the woman who constantly repeats "chaise" and the one with the couple who is gagging about their old furniture. Maybe it's just me but I have a low tolerance for repetitive annoying things "chaise, chaise, chaise, chaise, chaise" and my gag reflex is strong, that commercial makes me want to throw up. Beware!!! Bed bugs!!! They don't even admit it or help!! Reconsider now!!! If there was an option for no star i would choose that!
Bought a 1300$ sofa last year. Thing is falling apart. Would not recommend.
Bought a sectional couch, which I do like. Originally picked it up - but one piece was damaged. So.. store scheduled a delivery to swap it: 1. Never showed 2. Wrong piece 3. Same wrong piece 4. Never showed. 5. GOT IT Took well over 2 months to get it replaced due to their incompetence. Between 2 and 3, they never took the initiative to order the other piece. I had to call them to push things through. Will never purchase from this store again.
