Melanie was soooo helpful! I had been there a couple of times stalking a sofa. However, the one I wanted had a recliner and the cord was missing. I have been trying to speak with a manager for over a week. The staff called me daily with updates about my furniture delivery. One piece was ruined during delivery so they gave me a future date for the new delivery. That date arrived and I haven't heard anything from American signature. I had to call customer service for them to tell me the new date was a week away.
