Stop selling warranties that won't repair non-normal wear-and -tear! When I get a new couch this old one will be dropped off outside their stores front door....

This was one of the worse experiences I have had with a big retailer. I traveled from Michigan to Florida for this furniture pick up. I called the Pinellas Park store 3 times to confirm that I would be able to pick up this merchandise. When I spoke to the store they reassured me that everything would be ready for pick up. Best furniture store ever..All hand made in the South..My entire home is from this store and I’m loving it�����I will add I bought top of the line furniture ..Real leather /Cherry wood ect..You get what you pay for..My service was fantastic ..My salesperson was Angel����He was wonderful~his heart was in it��

TELL ME HOW: Someone can spend $2500 on furniture and the receipt has the wrong: color, customer, address and phone number. How on earth are you gonna just deliver furniture to someone when I paid for it?
