My husband, Ed, and I are extremely pleased with the great customer service we recently received. Our hurrican shutters were installed approximately 8 years ago, and the owner came out to do an adjustment that was needed after a power surge. Highly recommend this company!!
We had shutters installed on all our windows plus around the lanai. Tim came to our home and gave a very reasonable quote and took all the measurements. The shutters arrived quickly and were installed beautifully. Installers made sure we knew how to operate the shutters before they left. We had a very good experience working with Tim and the installers. We have received excellent customer service from American Shutter Works. I would very highly recommend this independently owned company to anyone looking for hurricane shutte... read more
Absolutely recommend American Shutter Works. This morning they installed Hurricane rated shutters on my deck known as a Cool Deck. There was no high pressure sales and he gave me a fair price with a written contract. Don't wait till the hurricane is upon you. Edit: When I went to put up my ... read more
While the installation and product are good. If you need something after the shutters are installed, they won’t get back to you. We installed a new door which caused are shutters to not be able to be closed. I’ve left a voicemail, I’ve texted ( which was read back in Feb) but not even an acknowledgment of the message. Very frustrating.
