Please do not give this guy business. I called to inform them that their driver is completely insane and tried to run me off the road multiple times and I was met with personal attacks from their office staff. I employ 24 commercial drivers with my company and I take vehicle safety seriously and would never treat somebody making a complaint that way. When on the road lives are on the line and safe driving should be treated seriously.
Had horrible experience today on the road with the driver of this company. Tailgated me the entire time and when I opened my window and showed him to stay away, he started laughing so hard and loud. Had the impression he was a sick person. I drove away, took 18 and minutes later when i looked in the mirror, he was behind me again very very close. And I have a baby on board sticker on the car!!!! I can not believe an owner operator that is this rude is still in business. I was trying support a local business. Many other septic companies out there who want to keep their customers not alienate them.
Thank you Chad for posting your photo on your company web site so I could positively identify you as the psychopath driver in his septic truck who tried to ram me. Chad nearly rammed me, tried to run me off the road, and chased me in my car till he could roll down his window and scream profanities at me and flip me off. All because I had to slow quick for and elderly man driving really slow. I wonder if you would treat your wife the same way? Probably. What an appropriate career you have chosen.
Absolutely Terrible Owner/Person- I witnessed him break so many traffic laws in his septic company work truck while driving-- extremely cutting people off when turning left in a turn right only lane(knowing fare well what he’s doing), bobbing/weaving in and out of traffic like a drunken fool while talking on the phone, and was actually yelling out his truck at me(at one point) for obeying the law... it was insane! I called the company number on the side of the truck to complain for putting peoples lives at risk for breaking ... read more
