Donna is an angel. She has really helped my mom and I understand the landscape of residences that can provide memory care for my father. Donna was incredibly helpful in getting our mother a placement when her current assisted living facility almost doubled her monthly cost. It was incredibly stressful for all of us but she is now safely transitioned to a new care home. Because they are local she was able to advise us based on personal knowledge of potential placements.
When looking for potential assisted living/memory care locations, we had some criteria important to us. Brooke & Donna researched facilities providing those that matched what we were looking for...something I had not been able to find on my own. My sister was able to visit both and select the one that she could best see herself living in. They were available to answer all of my questions along the way as well as providing reassurance for me and removing a large load of stress! Thank you!!
Jamie at American Senior Homes did an amazing job quickly finding a perfect board and care home for our dad during a very stressful and emotional time for our family. Our journey with our dad had taken many different turns and Jamie was easily able to pivot and take the stress off of us so we could focus on our dad's needs.
