My mother has been at Meadow Lakes for a few months now and there have been some issues we have been facing. The weekend staff is horrible and if something is a medium level problem they have shipped her to the ER. We don’t necessarily think they should have helped her there, but it just seems like they don’t care about the community. My family member had a recent stay at Greenwood Meadows SNF. We were thrilled with Therapy and Nursing services during his stay. Shortly after, several invoices arrived which requested immediate payment despite MCR and Supp benefits. After an incorrect payment was dropped off to the Business Office Manager at the facility, we have been attempting to get the funds returned.
