I have had the pleasure of working with the great people at Prairie Village for a little over 3 months now and I have never felt more accepted, appreciated and cared about as a member of the health care field in my entire life. Working at Prairie Village has been a treat, all of our staff and leaders are absolute wonderful, ASC couldn't be any better.
UPDATE: This was Harcourt Terrace. I pray that they're better now. I still wouldn't send my loved one there. It's amazing that no one can return a call from corporate. ( Gwen Patterson. But will call the facility and not return MY call. Am I beneath you?) Also, please watch your loved ones. What you see in the "front area" is not accurate of what is common knowledge around the facility. Some residents live in filth. Items are destroyed and hidden.
