NSC was recommended to us by rehab but I really should have researched. While the individuals working for NSC: nurses and therapists are decent, no one, and I mean no one, knows which end is up. All I hear are excuses after excuses: one company bought out another and no protocol in place by the acquiring company for a smooth transition.
