The manager Jerry was so great he got me the size storage I needed and even walked me out to show me a couple so that I can get a visual. The price was just right for me as well it was a good experience all the away around.

I am giving her a one star at this facility don't remember her name but she's probably the manager like at the other facility and I was trying to tell her what had happened self-storage East and she's said interrupted me man man and would not let me finish my sentence she would not listen to me did you give me the phone number to district manager when I called that it said this number is not taking calls at this time I just want good customer service and at least at the very least expected skills of politeness the 6th grader... read more
Family owned and operated. Friendly and accommodating. Only 1 negative thing- Gates are closed at 9pm and if you are late, you have to call their 800 number or the FD to get out. Gates are not activated by vehicle to exit. A code is required for both entering and exiting the facility.
