4 stars because of the very nice inside storage facility.The only negative thing I can say is the weird hours of operation and limited access.They are only open mon - sat 9:30 am til 5:45 pm so if you work 9-5 mon thru friday the only day u can get in there is Sat. No sunday hours is a real burden. But still an overall good rating! And like the other review said no pests and very clean~

Very clean facility, really good prices and friendly, helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility in Ocala because they had a rat problem, there is no such trouble here. I would give 6 stars if I could...
I have been with American Self Storage for 2 years now and had to put a comment to let others would kow that there are still companies out there with reasonable prices and exceptional customer services. If you are looking for value and great service... I highly recommend American Self Storage.
