Worst storage unit I've rented in my life way to high rats spiders snakes they let business across street park there can't get in on weekends 140 a month what a joke knew I paid 3 years and want let me get my stuff out only 10 days behind Brandy only one there that knows anything the rest suck don't use the their a joke
It’s nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone. I have been trying to call since the second of this month, 10 days now(7 business days) and have yet to get anyone on the phone. I have a bill that’s due and cannot even pay it. If someone could get in touch with me, that would be wonderful. Other than the customer service, I love the storage units.
