I have had an American Self Storage unit for at least 20 years without any problems no problems until 5 April 2025 when I received a notice of auction on my unit. It covers dates from 12/2/2024 through 3/25/2025. It contains charges for 4 months rent, 4 months insurance, 2 charges for Auction fees, and 1 payment of $51.00. The balance increases with every entry with a total of $325.00. I have paid the rent every month for the entire time I’ve had the unit. I have never had or requested insurance on the unit. I can see why Rob Weddle is the property manager. He is the absolute best guy! Very positive attitude. Whomever pays him needs to give him a raise because he’s such a valuable asset.
