This facility is easy to get to Sheila the manager is great to work with super friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint as to why this place didn't receive another star is the ground the cement is torn up pretty badly between the units especially the east side there is a huge hole. Hopefully they get it fixed before someone gets injured or their car is damaged. The company needs to take more pride in the way the property looks. The Tecumseh facility is completely neglected not due to management but whoever is in charge of road repair. I’ve had to replace a tire due to the huge potholes on the south side instead of paving the front entrance so it appears nice how about making it nice I wouldn’t recommend until they fix it.
Ive been using this storage facility for a little over 2 years. With no problems. I've been late a few times due to being outta town or miss communication with spouse. The late fees can be kinda steep. Just pay on time and you'll have no issues. Lol all in all not worried about the safety of my unit. Price is far. I recommend it all the time.
