Friendly customer service. However, when I went to get into my unit, they had blocked my pin number saying I'm overdue payment. When I rented the unit 2 months ago, they said they'd keep the card on file for automatic payments, so that was a lie. THREE WEEKS after my rent was due, they mailed me letting me know that I was late on my payment. Unacceptable.
Good price, good people, good condition.
