My Storage Units rent is past due. I'm sure that "us renters" have all experienced this "past due" situation. In my efforts to make my rent, I'd like to give kudos to Mandi... Not only has she been helpful, she goes beyond with her.. Kindness, Eagerness to Help, and Warmth. Shes easy to talk to and when I need an issue resolved, I never have the "I can't talk her, shes not friendly" feeling. Shes great!
