I showed up and nobody was in the office, but there was a number to contact the person and they came very quickly to help me. I appreciate that they offer an insurance plan, and that the lady who helped me was so friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody!

This is not my Storage place but the manager there named Nick answered the phone when I called before morning hours to my location on Allen Road. Which is managed by a lady named Cassandra. A very nice lady, professional very helpful and very kind. Very happy person to Speak with. As for the Manager Nick, at the Visalia location, this person was very ignorant, rude and Unprofessional At the least.
