Excellent help, very prompt and hassle free.
This is not my Storage place but the manager there named Nick answered the phone when I called before morning hours to my location on Allen Road. Which is managed by a lady named Cassandra. A very nice lady, professional very helpful and very kind. Very happy person to Speak with. As for the Manager Nick, at the Visalia location, this person was very ignorant, rude and Unprofessional At the least. Everything seems good area seem waiting and we’ll take care the area
It's a clean facility, but they are constantly raising the rental fees on me. It's already hard enough having to pay for storage but then to continuously have the rate increased is not what I was planning on. $50 increases is a lot of money to some of us.
Ashalyn was amazing. She helped me with getting into a storage unit with 0 hassles and made me feel extremely welcomed. Very informative of all rules and regulations.
