I had a great experience with American Self Storage in Shawnee, OK. From the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to walk me through the different unit sizes and made sure I got exactly what I needed without feeling pressured. I had a great experience with American Self Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. The manager, Sherry Alexander, is absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made the whole process easy and went out of her way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Highly recommend!
