Many of my things, including my parents beautiful belongings, artwork and my Aunt's paintings, were stolen from the Climate Controlled unit I rented for 8 years at American Self Storage in Kensington. To say I was/am devastated is an understatement. I discovered things missing shortly after the Assistant Manager, Priscilla, bizarrely wearing a long dark wig, stopped by my unit when I had the door rolled up and asked if I had a store. worst place for a storage all my degrees and diploms, pictures from my mom and kids have been destroy by rats after 4 years When I approach the " Manager" Victor Jones" he say he can give me a new plastic box, then he offer me a new storage with one months free.............. Is ridiculous, I will advise you not to used this place
