Great service. I reserved a unit through a third party, and the management called me almost immediately to confirm. The front office is unmanned, but secured by a coffee gate for 24 hour access, and was well lit. The unit itself was clean and ready for my move in.
Best Customer Service and Pricing Around I couldn't feel more secure about my belongings being stored at American Self Storage. I had shopped around for a facility based on customer service, price and security. American Self Storage gets and "A" in every category. Definitely recommending to friends and family that need long term or short term storage.
Save your money and take your business somewhere else After I signed a contract and paid multiple months rent they raised the rent by %12. They expected me to pay the difference for the remaining months on my contract. I refused and requested a refund. The owner told me he could not give refunds. DO NOT USE this facility they do not honor their contracts and will steal your money. They offer No Dump Station, No Web Cameras, Poor lighting, and the RVâs are parked so close together itâs almost impossible to maneuver into p... read more
