Great experience storing here for 6 months. The pricing was more affordable than what I found at other storage spots in town. The units are kept up nicely. Barbara and the other staff were always super friendly and helpful. I rented one of the small inside units which was the perfect size for storing all my things when I was between apartments, as well as having a place to stash stuff I wasn’t using over the summer. TL;DR Pros: Kind staff, fair prices Cons: Poor security, awkward keypad, dusty units, slow snow removal I rented a unit here for just under a year. Prices were fair and staff was friendly, but several issues made the experience frustrating. The gate keypad rarely worked, leaving the property unsecured and open to anyone. When it did work, the keypad was placed so you had to get out of your car to use it. Maintenance was also an issue. Just ended my time with them after 4 years, and my sister did 4 years with them before me. Exemplary customer service and clear kindness. Prices are fair and location is very accessible. I was able to fit all of my belongings for 5 months a year in a simple 5x5 unit for that long. A great place for students needing affordable storage off-track. I couldn't have been happier with the service.
