We loved renting here! The office staff is great to work with and the prices were the best we could find for the storage spaces available in the area.
Everyone here was absolutely fantastic to work with. The staff is friendly, helpful, and cares about making the process easy. The units were well‑maintained, and any time I had a question, they were quick to help. It’s nice to find a place that’s this reliable and this pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!
Great experience storing here for 6 months. The pricing was more affordable than what I found at other storage spots in town. The units are kept up nicely. Barbara and the other staff were always super friendly and helpful. I rented one of the small inside units which was the perfect size for storing all my things when I was between apartments, as well as having a place to stash stuff I wasn’t using over the summer. TL;DR Pros: Kind staff, fair prices Cons: Poor security, awkward keypad, dusty units, slow snow removal I rented a unit here for just under a year. Prices were fair and staff was friendly, but several issues made the experience frustrating. The gate keypad rarely worked, leaving the property unsecured and open to anyone. When it did work, the keypad was placed so you had to get out of your car to use it. Maintenance was also an issue.
