Just ended my time with them after 4 years, and my sister did 4 years with them before me. Exemplary customer service and clear kindness. Prices are fair and location is very accessible. I was able to fit all of my belongings for 5 months a year in a simple 5x5 unit for that long. A great place for students needing affordable storage off-track. I couldn't have been happier with the service.
