We recently started offering Livescan Fingerprinting at our office Monday thru Friday, 9am - 5pm. We are currently not scheduling appointments, just walk in. You must bring a valid State ID or Drivers License. The fee is $70, cash only. We can also process your PERC Application for $70. This includes the application fee charged by the Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation.

I am very disappointed how some people can look in the mirror treating clients, fellow employees and others on the phone and in person.
