I first used American savings for a commercial loan on apartment in 1984. During the approximate 17 years I had a very good relationship with them even when on my part we went into some economic problems. American savings was very gracious to work with me with my problems until I dissolved them and finished up with my loan. I would recommend and have recommended American savings to any friend or acquaintance when I knew that they needed to consider getting a loan for their real estate.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN EXCELLENT! ESPECIALLY LIKE THAT WHEN I CALL I CAN TALK DIRECTLY TO A PERSON - NO BUTTONS TO PUSH AND THEN WAIT AND LISTEN TO MUSIC. HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY TO OTHERS.
