Forget the big boys along I-4 . Samantha and Phil are the best at what they do. Friendly, knowledgeable, and they can take care of almost anything that comes up. I've been using American RV Technology to repair our coach for 8 years now. From warrantee work when new to regular repairs since then. Always reasonable and prompt. I recently moved to North Port and checked American RV out for repairs. Samantha is always professional, courteous and does everything she can to help. Phil always leaves notes on the paperwork of what was done and of any follow-ups or maintenance I need to do. I have total confidence in their work. I trust it's done well and at a fair price. I highly recommend them and can't thank them enough for how they have helped me.
This is my go to place. Seems like every time I take my rv out something breaks. Good news America RV honors warranties. It's like skipping the line. Samantha gets your info and schedules in. She is very knowledgeable on not only the repairs that may be needed she is very helpful in finding out if you repairs are under warranty. She has saved me thousands of dollars in repairs and always get the ok before mak8ng the repair. Phil the mechanic is very sharp on about anything that may need repair. Highly recommend
Make sure you know how much you’re going to be charged before you ok any work. We were given estimates of time to do a couple of jobs on our motorhome, and when we picked it up, everything took about twice as long as we were told it would take. Our bill was almost double of what we expected it to be. Their only answer was, you should see what the other guys charge, they’re much higher price than we are.
