Quick to respond, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get us back on the road as soon as possible. We were traveling south for the winter when we had an issue with one of our slideouts. Parts had to be ordered, and we were back on the road in a couple weeks. Not sure I am impressed with Schwintek hardware made by Lippert. Braden with American RV Mobile Services gave outstanding service. It took longer to replace the slide out rails and column, but stuck with the original bid given. We were very impressed!

Braden came out. Efficiently diagnosed our electrical issue. Did all he could initially, but needed to order a part. Once it arrived, they called me and got me back on the schedule. Same young man came out. Fixed the issue. Explained it all. Showed me how to deal with another minor problem. Reasonable price, excellent customer service. Timely, and efficient. Big thanks to the company for helping me out.

We are so grateful and impressed with the service we received from ARMS. They were able to come out the day after I called, and our technician, Brayden, was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. Although this was more of an urgent situation that we were using them for, I'd call them back again just to save the hassle of having to take the trailer into the repair shop for a future repairs or service issues. If you're ever in need of this type of service, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them. Thanks again, ARMS!

I have owned an RV now for quite a few years. And normally I fix all my own things because I am mechanically inclined and enjoy it but my converter box was something that I wasn't sure about especially when it comes to the electrical and switching to a new unit. Joey and his family saved us from having to do some stressful stuff appreciate your family man I hope you guys are doing well it's been a long time but if it wasn't for you guys we would have been stuck. These folks are the best! We were traveling through the area and our AC died. In August. 🥵 They not only worked us in the next day but creatively addressed a frozen condenser unit so they could replace the loose wire. Our AC is back in working order and we are extremely grateful.
