Submitted the same rug for cleaning TWICE, paid $800+ and was promised amazing results, but the odor never came clean. Not the best. 3/10
I just brought my area rugs home, from American Rug Laundry and I am serious when I say that they look better than when I bought them. The service, from the first phone call, to dropping them off and picking up the rugs, was exemplary. I will be a customer for life! Thank you all!
Great job!
Allll went well with pickup and delivery. Carpet cleaned nicely. Professional service.
I brought in a rug with a yellow stain which I thought would likely not come out. It came out - I was so happy because I really love the rug. I was thrilled with the result. All of the employees that we talked to were very helpful!
