We had a handmade rug and its pad picked up for cleaning and returned. This was a specialty cleaning. Cleaning was mostly for various pet stains and one large lemonade spill. The rug looks beautiful and has no lingering odors (either from stains or from the cleaning process). The service was professional, efficient and timely with no surprises. They were courteous and arrived within the time window given.
Everything was wonderful you guys showed up at a timely manner. We got our rugs back in a very timely manner and they look fantastic. Thank you so much for your picking them up and we'll do business again with you again. Thank you!
Great place to take Oriental rugs for cleaning and repairs. Delivered cleaned rugs even before promised date. Easy to work with and answered all of my questions about my antique Rug. Highly recommend
