Thank you for the great customer service. We brought in two handmade wool rugs to be cleaned. One had mothers that we were unaware of, and the other well-loved. Our rugs were given the care and attention needed, happily saving our rug with moths from further damage. Thank you, the rugs look great!
The hall rug now has a wavy pattern that was not there before.
