My review got removed. 1 star or 0. Ran a program and promised a refund if not complete. I didn't complete it since I was pregnant and was refused a refund. Had to go to my cc company to file a dispute. Super unethical and scammy.
Everyone was so friendly, helpful and encouraging. I have only been to one class but I look forward to going back. You're paying for a workout and you definitely get it! It was a true test of stamina but I felt great (and a bit sore) when it was over.
I have never been a great group fitness person, but this place and this team honestly make it feel like you are getting personally trained. They care so much about your success and are so encouraging. I began with the 6 week challenge, and actually lost the weight I've been trying to lose for as long as I can remember. Absolutely amazing workouts. Dan is such a great motivator.
Had surgery on my foot and my doctor recommended to do rowing. Have become stronger since taki g the class.
