UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE – What a joke. Our BUSINESS needed a new plumber, and we called American Rooter, wanting to use a local plumber. Vic, the owner, is also the only service technician. He wandered out a couple days after we called him, serviced something we did not ask him to that was NOT in need of repair, and then shrugged his shoulders and stated that he wasn't going to charge us for it, it only cost him a dollar. Great Service! – I had tree roots growing through my sewer pipe, and Vic not only removed a nasty clog with his power rooting system, but he gave me advice on how to eliminate the problem. Great service at a great price, and Vic is a really nice guy to work with.
