This place has really gone downhill. No one ever calls you back and then you find out they no longer work there. Imagine calling the main desk to see if they have a specific brand/bundle of shingle in stock and being told yes and the price of $45.00. Driving to their location to pick up the bundle, then when the invoice is issued a "FREIGHT CHARGE of $65.46 is tacked on the invoice. Talk about unethical.
