I worked with Raul to get my shingles replaced. He was prompt, professional and when I was finally ready to go they had everything done and cleaned up in less than two days. Also, according to the inspector who did the Gold Fortified inspection afterwards, American Roofing and Construction is who he would choose to do his roof. Raul was very patient and informative. He answered all my questions and his quote was the best of the 7-8 quotes that I got for this job.

They promised timelines that were never met, and I constantly had to follow up just to get updates. The crew showed up late multiple times, and the work felt rushed and careless.
