Our journey with the American Roofing Company began with Jeff Gardner meeting us to start the insurance process. He spoke with our insurance company, met with the adjuster, and did all the assessments that were required. He really helped us a lot with that. He also came out on a Saturday, and let us choose the shingles. He answered all of our questions and said that the company would start our roof in two weeks and BINGO, they did! This all started as a very streesful time for me untill I contacted Andrew... He came out, that same day... Thank you so much for helping me Andrew... Terrell and all of the folks from ARC were great to work with. Very knowledgeable an responsive throughout the entire process of replacing our roof. They even went out of their way to come to us when we couldn’t be at home to get us started. We would definitely work with them again.
