I wanted to give a review for one of the company's inspectors, Kenneth. He stopped by yesterday and was very informative and pleasant. Unfortunately, (well fortunately) there wasn't any damage found. However, I will definitely keep Kenneth's information on file, just in case for the future. He was great at explaining everything, and I will definitely be recommending him to our neighbors.
