They charge me more than what the contract was. Took six months from start to finish to replace my roof kept rescheduling. I would not recommend this company
We just recently had our roof replaced (7/18) and while the final product of the roof looks good, they completely destroyed our landscaping in the process. They draped tarps over our plants which was fine as I was assuming they were trying to protect them from 1 or 2 stray singles that may accidentally go the wrong way. What I didn’t know was that they were going to DUMP the old shingles directly onto all of our plants repeatedly. This destroyed one of our most expensive trees. Avoid at all costs. This company will tell you that they'll get you a free roof, they'll say all you need to do is pay for upgrades if you want them, and then when the bill comes you'll be surprised to find out that that was misleading at best. Extremely disappointed, would not recommend.
Roof replaced with no issues! Thanks to Ashley for making sure it was smooth from start to finish!
ARC is one of the best companies for your roofs. We needed some help with our roof and we knew exactly where to go! The customer service there is outstanding and Ashley Reece is the one who helped us and she was VERY helpful employee and as sweet as she can be! I couldn’t recommend them more!
