Just had my roof replacement Nov 11 2015. All I can say is all workers and sales people are 110 % on what they do. Look out for what might happen to the roof and fix the problem then instead of you having to call them back. I as very please with the work done and the clean up. In my books this company and worker and sales people are 5 star. Bill handled and inspected the work two are three time the day the roof was place on to make sure all the old bad wood was taken off and replaced and new put on. American Roofing is very professional and did great work. Brandon was our salesperson and offered very personalized service, attended to specific questions and concerns that we had in a timely manner, and if any problems arose, he took care of it personally. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a roof replaced. Hope not to have to use services again, but if we need a roof again, we would certainly go with this company. To update Bill is no longer apart of American Roofing and the sales staff is very professional. American Roofing was able to help me out the same day I called and compaired to other roofing companies their price was lower and fair.
As a company, you might be good. But as far as your salesman, Bill Cowan, you should train him better. He came to give us an estimate. We set a date for the roof to be done. Bill was suppose to bring shingle samples, but he never showed up with the samples and never bothered to call us. Therefore, we hired another roofing company. Then tonight, one of your trucks drive by my house looking at the roof. I hope they do not have the gall to show up and try to roof my house!
