Called Dave to have some work done on my roof. He put me touch with Jeff *****. Jeff came out and wrote a contract for the work on an American Roof Top, Inc. contract in the beginning of July 2018. It is now February 2019, and the work is not done. I've left countless messages with Jeff. He promises to finish the job, but it doesn't get done.
