We have a cedar shake roof that they checked and sealed almost 2 yrs. ago but is still under warranty. We had some shingles come loose and blow off so they said they would be out to fix it in 2 weeks. We waited and after 3 weeks we called back and they said they would be out in 2 weeks. You guessed it! Those weeks came and went. Don’t believe their guarantees and warranties.

We hired this company Last year to repair and stain the roof. They continued to schedule appointments and never show up. We gave them half the money upfront and waited approximately six months for them to do the work. Once the work was completed it was so sloppy we had to call them back and ask them to clean the stain off all my gutters. In July 2017 American Roof Preservers, cleaned my roof, removed moss replaced shakes and sealed the roof. A 5 year warranty was given. Within three years moss, fungus and small trees started growing . I e mailed three times and called three times to have this repaired. I did not receive a return email or a return call. They have vanished. I now have to pay another company to do the work that was contracted for. Terrible product, terrible company and zero customer service.
