Have used this storage for many years. The new owners are making improvements, cleaning up neglected stored items, improving digital security, updating access, repainting parking lines and numbers, and adding a dump station (which we have not had a chance to use yet, but plan to). However, the width of each parking spot is tight ( when the rv is parked the steps will come out over the line) is the reason for a 4 star instead of 5. Would give a 4.5 overall
I have been storing my trailers, rv I have owned with the Amercan River RV storage for years. I am extremely excited and happy with the new ownership/management. I have always felt secure parking my toys here. The storage was cleaned up and continually having improvements.
