My experience here was fantastic. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcomed. I was anxious for my infusion but I felt so at home here. I truly am so appreciative of the staff
I cannot stress enough how amazing everyone is at American River Infusion! Given the time sensitive situation regarding my mom’s injection, Ashley was phenomenal in coordinating everything from the referral, appointment, insurance, ALL OF IT! even upon arrival everyone was so so kind and Ian was amazing during the injection administration! I highly recommend this infusion center for anyone in need of infusion services! Thank you so much to the amazing staff, Ashley, and Ian. We are truly grateful!
If you have to have infusions, American River Infusion is the best place to go. This is the 3rd infusion center that I've gone to and, by far, the best. Private suites, snacks, tv, video games, heated blankets - everything designed to getting infusions comfortable and relaxing. But by far the best thing about American River Infusions is the staff. Best place for pediatric and elderly care. I’m neither but the amount of dedication, care and attention to detail makes them a magnet for the above populations. I’m so blessed to be able to receive healing and care from this clinic. The privacy is unmatched and the staff go above and beyond. I’ve been here a few years now, and it’s my getaway for healing. A private theater suite, treatment and a day of rest a few days a month. I couldn’t thank them enough.
This place is unbelievably wonderful they are so helpful so friendly and so accommodating it is beyond belief. I forgot that a business could be so accommodating and customer service oriented. Thank you so much you guys for what a great job you did during my difficult times..
