Atty's please stop using these services. Even though you sign the affidavit that you are sending them all the records you have in your possession, they hound you by fax, email and phone looking for documents that are not within the parameters of the services your practice provides. Then you send the records and they do not acknowledge receiving them until you call and make someone look!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. A woman by the name of Madeline Loscalzo called my office RUDELY accusing my staff of lying about records that she requested with no legal authorization. Beware of this company!

I'm an acupuncturist of almost 13 years so I've seen a lot in this realm. I get a call today from a Marshall Scott requesting medical records for a patient. I have never heard of the person they're asking for records of. The paperwork says the person I've never heard of was treated by an employee I've never had. I've actually never had an employee of any kind or taken insurance of any type. Smells like a scam to me.
