This place is a scammer company when it comes to employment. Manager in Tampa office - Brittany Desert hires people during the busy season to close out cases, then terminates their employment—often before the 90-day mark—so the company doesn’t have to provide any benefits. Three people on my team were let go on the spot. SCAMMERS!!!! We received calls and email Carolyn wilbanks requesting for a patient records and documentation. We’ve never heard of the patient they are asking about and we’ve never treated such patient. The official request for documents had many errors and Included subpoena that was not filled out with patient information or the clinics information.
Extremely unprofessional and they are potentially violating patient privacy with their practices. Beware!
Atty's please stop using these services. Even though you sign the affidavit that you are sending them all the records you have in your possession, they hound you by fax, email and phone looking for documents that are not within the parameters of the services your practice provides. Then you send the records and they do not acknowledge receiving them until you call and make someone look!
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. A woman by the name of Madeline Loscalzo called my office RUDELY accusing my staff of lying about records that she requested with no legal authorization. Beware of this company!
