Its not often that I take the time to write a review, even when service is less than stellar. This company however is beyond unprofessional, they do not communicate and they completely mishandled my insurance claim on my roof.
They are doing the ajoing house to ours right now. They started at 7:30 on a Saturday morning! No warning, city rule say not before 8 on weekends. Woke our whole house and our yard is a mess!
These guys are absolutely the best! They guided me throughout the whole process of getting my house approved and built! Their roofers and sides do SUCH a good job and every time I had a questions the beautiful ladies at the office were very welcoming in helping. I would definitely recommend this business. Wonderful experience. ARC installed new siding, fascia, gutters and window wrapping on my house. They also managed the claim with the insurance for siding. My windows had challenging arches with an additional border to wrap and they were the only one of 5 interviewed companies that were up to the challenge. They craftmanship is amazing. My project manager Marcus was very responsive and ensured everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend ARC for any exterior work.
