Christian was excellent throughout the whole process of water mitigation. We had a kitchen water leak which Christian assessed. He gave us excellent advice and his team started the dry-out process right away. He was very patient in explaining the extent of the damage was and kept us well informed throughout. They are also excellent at working with insurance and resolving any issues therein. I highly recommend Christian and his team for their integrity and expertise.
Christian from American response team showed up after a pipe had bursted inside the wall behind my shower. He and his team were very professional and courteous of our situation. Christian even made himself available 24/7 to guide me through the process and answering any concerns that I might have had.This company went above and beyond on the water mitigation for my home.
