I have sewer line and water line coverage my toilet and shower were clogged, plus there was a leak on the crawl space the plumber couldn't find it but we had to but a sup sump in the crawl space. I send them pictures of the puddle of water. But all they are telling me that my claim is rejected cause the don't pay for pipes to be replaced.

I have had a sewer issue case open with this company since Jan 2 and they still haven't fixed it. Am Water says the issue is on the house side, Am Resources says the issue is on the street side. PUC sided with Am Water. All I know is we still have a nasty issue and this company is trying to get out of fixing it under the warranty that we have paid for.

We hired a man to replace our countertops and he completely destroyed our kitchen. This is his insurance company and they won't even pay to get it back to normal, they want us to pay $2000 out of pocket to repair the damage. We haven't had a kitchen for almost 50 days and there is no end in sight. My wife is 8 months pregnant and has food allergies.
