Kevin was very professional and friendly. Was well satisfied with everything.
Jusn was our technician He was very knowledgeable. However the recommendation for a replacement toilet was ridiculous. $1300 for a regular toilet is outrageous & based on greed on behalf of ARS. I checked the website of Ferguson, which is where ARS gets their toilets & there wasn’t one for over $500.00. So your markup should be considered illegal & purely based on greed. Shame on you ARS!!!!
Pierre was wonderful. Thorough and informative and very personable.
After having to call for a total of 3 crews to haphazardly install an AC and replace a furnace, nothing went to plan. They did not schedule the electrician same day and they left us without heat until I complained enough that they sent out someone to the Springs to install the thermostat. Each crew had a different interpretation of how to do the work and it still isn’t done right. For the amount they charged this is disappointing.
