Johnathon was great. Very friendly and punctual.
DO NOT USE!! I had entire system, AC and Furnace, installed by ARS and now am I member of their paid service plan. The last three appointments I have made they have cancelled the day of appointment and offered to reschedule three weeks later. They also always cancel during your appointment window time so you have no way to adjust your day. They gladly take my money every month, but their ability to show up to actually service your unit is nonexistent. We have had a rocky experience with ARS, but they have made things right in the end. This evening Paul got our furnace running so we're warm and cozy now.
