I hate the fact that I even had to give this place 1 star. This is the worst corporation for housing I have ever done business with. My partner and I have lived in one of their trailer Parks for almost 3 years and have made some complaints but nothing has ever been done. We have a ton of park owned street lights that are all burned our, streets and driveways need to be resurfaced, just recently our park management decided to repaint the fire lanes and rezoned the whole park to the point we have no guest parking.
