While shopping I dropped my $350. prescription glasses, I was the last person to check out right before closing, as soon as I got to my vehicle I discovered they were gone so I ran back to the door, which was already locked & had to scream through the locked door to the employee what was going on…she didn’t care a bit & refused to let me come back in to check & find them!! I’m so upset & angry, I think she should be fired & I’m not stopping till she is!!!
I see a lot of mixed reviews and I have been shopping here for years. The 1 lady specifically that works there is always so rude to me. I don’t normally let these things bother me but I notice she’s always super sweet to the people she either knows or other senior ladies. That’s all okay, I just think it’s a little ignorant. i’ve never had any problems with the american rescue workers thrift stores but this specific one. every time i walk in there i’m either being watched or followed or both. and every time i check out they ask if i’m in their system for a discount. i give them my phone number then they interrogate me and ask what my name is to see if it’s actually my phone number. i really have to go through all of that just to get a couple dollars off. today after the lady at checkout asked me what my name is to see if it matches up with the p... read more
